The "Loose Body" Technique: How to Slip Out of a Pendulum's Grip

The "Loose Body" Technique: How to Slip Out of a Pendulum's Grip

Your jaw clenches. Your heart races. A pendulum just hooked you. Here is the physical hack to drop importance and slip right through the matrix.

The Invisible Mugging

The phone rings. You glance at the caller ID. It’s them.

Instantly, your shoulders hike up toward your ears. Your stomach tightens into a cold, hard knot. Your breathing turns shallow. You haven’t even picked up the device yet, but you are already bleeding energy.

Welcome to the pendulum’s feeding time.

Most people think Reality Transurfing is just a mental game. A philosophy of the mind. Just change your thoughts. Just choose a different lifetrack.

But they forget the vessel.

Your physical body is the ultimate antenna for excess potential. And pendulums—those massive, invisible structures of thought and energy that Vadim Zeland warned us about—know exactly how to tune into it.

The Anatomy of a Hook

Pendulums rule our daily lives. The news cycle. Office politics. Family drama. The stock market.

They don't care if you love them or hate them. They only care that you care. They demand your attention. They need your emotional output to sustain their own existence.

When a pendulum strikes (a passive-aggressive email, a sudden unexpected bill, a rude driver cutting you off), it seeks resistance. It wants you to fight back. Or panic. Or justify yourself furiously in your head.

To do that, it needs a solid surface to crash against.

So you tense up. You brace for impact. You prepare a scorching mental defense.

And the moment you do? The trap snaps shut. You have assigned massive importance to the event. The universe hates excess potential. It will send balancing forces to crush you, simply to restore equilibrium.

Your rigid spine? That’s excess potential in physical form. Your clenched jaw? A beacon screaming to the universe: This matters too much! Come knock me down!

So, what happens if you suddenly turn into water?

The "Loose Body" Protocol

Enter Dr. Steve Rich's favorite somatic hack. The Cuerpo Flojo. The Loose Body technique.

A profoundly simple, almost absurdly effective way to short-circuit a pendulum before it drags you down its destructive lifetrack.

You don't beat a pendulum by punching it. You beat a pendulum by becoming empty space.

It goes like this.

The trigger happens. You feel that familiar, electric spike of defensive rage or sheer terror. Stop. Do nothing mental.

Instead, address the meat suit.

Exhale. A long, stupid, heavy sigh. Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Let your arms hang like wet noodles. Let your belly push out. Physically slump in your chair or where you stand.

Go completely, undeniably floppy.

Hacking the System

In that micro-second of physical collapse, you instantly drop the importance.

You bypass the psychological gymnastics. You don't have to convince your anxious brain that "everything is fine." (Your brain won't believe you anyway). You trick the system through the back door.

The pendulum comes swinging at you with the force of a freight train, expecting to hit a concrete wall of anxiety or anger. Instead, it hits a ghost. It swings right through you.

It finds nothing to grab onto.

You didn’t feed it. You didn’t engage. You just let it pass.

The Zero-State and Your Target Slide

Once you drop the physical tension, you enter a zero-state. An empty vessel.

The wave has crashed on the shore and receded. You survived. Better yet, you didn't give away a single ounce of your vital energy.

This is the secret door to outer intention.

Outer intention only activates when your grip on reality is entirely relaxed. It is the core of Transurfing: intention without effort. You cannot force the universe to hand you a lucrative contract, a perfect relationship, or radiant health while your neck muscles are rigid with desperation.

Now, in this loose, floppy state, you project your target slide.

While the rest of the world is busy fighting the current, bleeding energy to their corporate or social pendulums, you effortlessly visualize your end goal. No straining. No desperate wishing. Just a calm, quiet knowing.

Frailing the Aggressor

This technique is a superpower in real-time communication, too.

Transurfing teaches the concept of frailing—stepping out of your own bloated sense of importance to tune into the frequency of the other person. You are giving them what they want (validation, significance) so you can effortlessly get what you want.

You absolutely cannot do this if you are physically braced for an argument.

Next time someone criticizes you to your face. Try it.

Don't prepare your snappy comeback. Don't cross your arms. Just let your physical form soften. Melt into the floor.

Watch their aggression falter. Watch their eyes dart around in confusion. They will literally run out of breath because there is no energetic wall bouncing their anger back at them. You became a void. And people cannot fight a void.

The world is a noisy supermarket of pendulums. They all want a piece of your lifeforce. They demand that you care deeply. That you tense up. That you fight.

Refuse the game.

Next time the hook drops, don't try to out-think it. Just let your bones turn to jelly. Breathe out. Let it fall right through you.
